I love bringing therapy into diverse spaces and helping people feel more connected to their bodies and minds. My experience includes:
Eating disorder therapy in NHS GP surgeries, charities, schools, and in private practice
Yoga therapy in specialist educational settings and mainstream schools
Mental health and yoga training courses for professionals, parents, and corporate teams
Workplace wellbeing workshops and retreats for various organisations
Yoga sessions in the community, in a women’s prison, in mental health hospitals and those experiencing homelessness
Wherever I work, my focus is on creating spaces where people feel seen, supported, and able to find a sense of safety and ease from within.
My relationship with my mind and body hasn’t always felt luminous.
Growing up with no understanding or awareness of my neurodivergence brought many challenges, from struggling at school, chronic illness, body image issues, and eventually to ND (neurodivergent) burnout. But these struggles also sparked a deep desire to understand myself and the world around me.
They shaped me into the therapist I am today: someone who is curious, compassionate, and committed to honouring the full array of human experience, both the light and the dark.
Recovering from M.E./CFS and burnout, and discovering my ADHD brain, changed everything. I began to reconnect with my body through yoga, dance, stillness, (actual) rest, cold swims, and the joy of being by the sea—especially with dogs (I’m never happier than when I’m with dogs on the beach!).
These are the things that gave me hope again, and it’s my honour to support others in discovering what brings them home to themselves - to find hope - and more ease.
Together, we can explore what makes you more luminous. There’s no one path—only the one that is yours.
my story

“I have deep gratitude for the work that I do. It’s brought great joy and peace to my life. ”
I am honoured to have shared space with so many brave and honest young people and adults since starting this work in 2017. I have learnt much about life from my clients, teachers and guides.
I believe bringing luminosity to others is part of my dharma - my soul’s purpose. I thank all who have trusted me on their journeys.
